Functieomschrijving:

  • Dagelijkse technische storingen op zowel elektrisch als mechanisch vlak worden snel gelokaliseerd en verholpen om stilstand tot een minimum te beperken.
  • Geplande onderhoudstaken aan de productielijnen, installaties en ondersteunende infrastructuren worden nauwgezet uitgevoerd.
  • Actief meedenken over verbeteringsprojecten en het uitvoeren van aanpassingen verhogen de algemene efficiëntie en veiligheid op de werkvloer.
  • Begeleiding van externe contractanten op de vloer, toezicht op de veiligheidsrichtlijnen en de administratieve opvolging van werkvergunningen behoren tot het takenpakket.
  • Assistentie bij de opvolging van de wisselstukkenvoorraad en contacten met leveranciers maken deel uit van de job.

Profiel:

  • Een technisch diploma in de richting Elektromechanica, Elektriciteit of gelijkwaardige ervaring is vereist.
  • Kennis van pneumatica en/of hydraulica vormt een sterke troef voor deze functie.
  • Een eerste werkervaring met de nadruk op elektrotechniek in een industriële productieomgeving is een pluspunt, al komen zowel ambitieuze schoolverlaters als ervaren technici in aanmerking.
  • Flexibiliteit en bereidheid om te werken in een 3-ploegenstelsel zijn noodzakelijk voor een goede werking van het team.
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit, nauwkeurigheid en een sterke focus op veiligheid zijn essentieel op de werkvloer.
  • Prioriteiten stellen lukt vlot, zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband.
  • Een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en basis PC-vaardigheden voor de nodige administratie zijn vereist, terwijl kennis van het Engels als een pluspunt geldt.
