Als Projectleider schrijnwerk sta jij in voor het volledige traject van diverse realisaties:

  • Verantwoordelijkheid opnemen over de technische en financiële opvolging van projecten van A tot Z.
  • Leiding geven aan het projectteam en streven naar een perfect eindresultaat.
  • Communicatielijnen onderhouden met architecten, klanten, onderaannemers en interne collega’s.
  • In goede banen leiden van de planning, coördinatie en werfopvolging.
  • Toezicht houden op kwaliteit, budget en veiligheidsnormen.
  • Problemen vroegtijdig detecteren en doeltreffend oplossen.
  • Na oplevering feedback verzamelen en inzichten delen met alle betrokken partijen.

Profiel

Als Projectleider schrijnwerk beantwoordt jouw profiel aan onderstaande omschrijving:

  • Een bouwkundige opleiding in het hoger onderwijs behaald.
  • Enkele jaren relevante ervaring als projectleider.
  • Aantoonbaar organisatorisch talent en een analytische ingesteldheid.
  • Bekwaamheid om mensen aan te sturen en helder te communiceren met verschillende partijen.
  • Oog voor detail zonder het grotere geheel uit het oog te verliezen.
  • Stressbestendig en flexibel in een context waar snel schakelen nodig is.
