  • Als spilfiguur neem je de operationele leiding over diverse projecten en stuur je de montageploegen strategisch aan, zodat alles vlekkeloos verloopt.
  • Door nauwkeurige technische opmetingen en analyses ter plaatse leg jij het fundament voor accurate prijszettingen en foutloze offertes.
  • Nauwe contacten met bouwheren, architecten en onderaannemers zorgen voor een transparante en langdurige communicatie.
  • Samen met de administratieve afhandeling bewaak je nauwgezet het budget en de nacalculaties om een gezond rendement te borgen.
  • Het handhaven van de strenge veiligheidsvoorschriften op de werkvloer heeft jouw constante prioriteit om risico's te vermijden.

Profiel

Als geboren coördinator is de functie van projectleider stellingbouw jou op het lijf geschreven:
