In deze rol neem jij het voortouw bij het slimmer maken van dagelijkse workflows en processen.

  • Je stippelt een heldere digitale roadmap uit en vertaalt strategische doelstellingen moeiteloos naar concrete projecten met directe impact op de organisatie.
  • Bedrijfsprocessen breng je scherp in kaart, waarna je gerichte automatiseringen doorvoert die tijdrovende administratie merkbaar reduceren.
  • Samen met interne teams en externe softwarepartners sla je de brug tussen techniek en praktijk, waardoor nieuwe toepassingen naadloos aansluiten op de dagelijkse werkvloer.
  • Je organiseert inspirerende interne workshops en interactieve leermomenten, zodat medewerkers vlot leren werken met tools zoals Microsoft Copilot en andere slimme assistenten.
  • Richtlijnen rondom ethisch datagebruik en de geldende EU AI Act zet je helder neer, zodat vernieuwing altijd hand in hand gaat met strenge veiligheidsnormen.

Profiel

Voor de rol van AI Implementation Consultant zoeken we iemand die technologie begrijpelijk maakt en collega's vlot meeneemt in verandering.

  • Je beschikt over een hoger diploma of toont een vergelijkbaar denk- en werkniveau aan door relevante ervaring binnen digitale innovatie.
  • Ervaring met workflow-automatisering en generatieve modellen stelt jou in staat om kansen direct om te zetten in werkbare oplossingen.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een toegankelijke bruggenbouwer die complexe concepten rustig en helder uitlegt aan minder technische teams.
  • Een gezonde interesse in accountancy of bedrijfsvoering helpt je om snel voeling te krijgen met de materie, al leer je de specifieke finesses gewoon in de praktijk.
