In deze functie sla jij de brug tussen complexe bedrijfsprocessen en vooruitstrevende technologische oplossingen.

  • Je brengt bedrijfskritische noden van key users helder in kaart en vertaalt deze naar vlijmscherpe functionele ontwerpen binnen het centrale ERP-platform.
  • Complexe datamigraties en systeemkoppelingen leid je in goede banen, waardoor vestigingen naadloos overschakelen op de nieuwste Microsoft-omgeving.
  • Samen met externe implementatiepartners en softwareontwikkelaars stem je deliverables af, waarbij je de inhoudelijke regie en scope strak bewaakt.
  • Je zet grondige testtrajecten op poten en begeleidt de feitelijke go-live, zodat de eindgebruikers vlot en met vertrouwen aan de slag gaan.
  • Naast lopende implementaties onderzoek je actief hoe moderne automatisering en artificiële intelligentie bedrijfsprocessen nóg sneller en slimmer kunnen maken.

Profiel

Als Business Analyst Business Central breng je een gezonde dosis nieuwsgierigheid en daadkracht mee naar kantoor.

  • Een afgeronde bachelor- of masteropleiding combineer je met aantoonbare ervaring in het analyseren en implementeren van bedrijfsapplicaties.
  • Ervaring met Microsoft Business Central en verwante cloud-oplossingen zorgt ervoor dat je snel zelfstandig beslissingen durft te nemen.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een vlotte bruggenbouwer die complexe materie helder uitlegt aan zowel directieleden als operationele medewerkers.
  • Je communiceert helder in het Nederlands en kunt je vlot redden in het Frans wanneer je contact hebt met buitenlandse collega's.
