Takenpakket

In deze rol als Business Analyst sla jij de brug tussen de werkvloer en de IT-afdeling. Je hoeft zelf geen softwarecode te schrijven; je staat juist met beide benen in de bedrijfsvoering en vertaalt noden naar tastbare digitale verbeteringen.

  • Stakeholderbehoeften grondig in kaart brengen door actief in gesprek te gaan met collega's op de werven en op kantoor, zodat processen via BPMN helder en efficiënt gemodelleerd worden.
  • Slimme digitale oplossingen ontwerpen en selecteren, waarna je de implementatie hiervan samen met interne ontwikkelaars van begin tot eind begeleidt.
  • Kansen benutten rond artificiële intelligentie, waarbij je praktische AI-agents en innovatieve tools verkent die het dagelijkse werk van collega's merkbaar vereenvoudigen.
  • Eindgebruikers meenemen in verandering door duidelijke documentatie op te stellen, workshops te organiseren en hen te coachen bij het gebruik van nieuwe software.
  • Overlegstructuren stroomlijnen tussen business en techniek, waardoor projecten vlot en volgens planning worden opgeleverd.

Profiel

Voor deze positie zoeken we een leergierige professional die theorie vlot koppelt aan pragmatische oplossingen. Een succesvolle Business Analyst binnen dit team herkent zich in het volgende:

  • Je beschikt over een master- of bachelordiploma in een economische richting, zoals handelswetenschappen of toegepaste economische wetenschappen, of hebt een gelijkwaardig denkniveau opgebouwd.
  • Ervaring met bedrijfsprocessen en bij voorkeur de uitrol van ERP-pakketten, idealiter opgedaan tijdens een vijftal jaar in een vergelijkbare analytische functie.
  • Vlotte communicatieve vaardigheden en een open blik, waardoor je moeiteloos schakelt tussen operationele vakmensen en technische ontwikkelaars.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een nuchter, integer en oplossingsgericht persoon die graag initiatief neemt zonder de praktische realiteit uit het oog te verliezen.
