Als Functioneel Financieel Business Central Consultant vorm je de cruciale schakel tussen complexe financiële structuren en de digitale transformatie van toonaangevende klanten. Je analyseert end-to-end administratieve processen, fungeert als volwaardig sparringpartner voor het management en configureert slimme, toekomstbestendige oplossingen binnen Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Samen met projectmanagers, functionele collega's en developers til je implementatietrajecten naar een hoog niveau. Je zorgt voor structuur, rust en efficiëntie in de financiële werking van de klant.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Processen doorgronden & adviseren: Je brengt de financiële werking van de klant gedetailleerd in kaart en ontwerpt schaalbare processen binnen Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Inrichting & configuratie: Je richt de financiële modules in (o.a. general ledger, AP/AR, cash management, vaste activa, intracommunautaire btw-stromen).
  • Migratie & optimalisatie: Je begeleidt datamigraties, structureert openingsbalansen en identificeert continue digitaliserings- en automatisatiekansen (zoals e-invoicing of geautomatiseerde bankafstemming).
  • Rapportage & controlling: Je zet betrouwbare financiële rapportages, dimensieschema’s en KPI-dashboards op die besluitvorming direct ondersteunen.
  • Kennisoverdracht & change: Je leidt interactieve workshops, traint key-users en zorgt voor een gedragen adoptie bij de eindgebruikers.
  • Go-live & nazorg: Je ondersteunt de klant intensief tijdens testfasen, pilots en de cruciale go-live periode.
  • Partnerschap: Je bouwt een duurzame vertrouwensrelatie op met klanten en fungeert als hun vaste adviseur voor verdere procesverbeteringen.

Wie ben jij?

  • Opleiding & denkniveau: Je beschikt over een master- of bachelordiploma in een economische richting (Accountancy-Fiscaliteit, Toegepaste Economische Wetenschappen, Handelswetenschappen) of beschikt over een gelijkwaardig niveau door ervaring.
  • ERP-ervaring: Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar diepgaande ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (of Dynamics NAV), met sterke functionele expertise in de financiële modules.
  • Boekhoudkundige bagage: Algemene boekhouding, aankoop-/verkoopstromen, btw-aangiftes, consolidaties, periodieke afsluitingen en budgettering hebben voor jou geen geheimen.
  • Achtergrond: Ervaring aan consultancyzijde, als lead key-user of als financieel controller/verantwoordelijke binnen een complexe ERP-omgeving is een sterke troef.
  • Communicatie & stijl: Je combineert een scherp analytisch inzicht met uitstekende adviesvaardigheden. Je kunt complexe financiële materie helder uitleggen aan zowel operationele teams als directie.
  • Mentaliteit: Je neemt natuurlijk ownership over je dossiers, denkt proactief mee in oplossingen en voelt je comfortabel in een dynamische projectomgeving.
  • Talenkennis: Je communiceert vloeiend in het Nederlands en hebt een professionele beheersing van het Engels.
