In deze rol als Consultant Dynamics Business Central neem jij het voortouw bij het begeleiden van strategische digitaliseringstrajecten.

  • Je leidt interactieve workshops waarin je samen met sleutelfiguren van de klant bedrijfsprocessen scherp stelt en vertaalt naar een heldere blauwdruk.
  • Complexe logistieke en financiële stromen breng je gedetailleerd in kaart om ze vervolgens gericht te optimaliseren.
  • Vanaf de initiële analyse tot en met de uiteindelijke go-live stuur je implementaties zorgvuldig aan, zodat het systeem naadloos aansluit op de dagelijkse praktijk.
  • Je vormt de inhoudelijke brug tussen softwareontwikkelaars en eindgebruikers om maatwerk en standaardfunctionaliteit perfect op elkaar af te stemmen.
  • Door het geven van inspirerende trainingen zorg je dat medewerkers van klanten met vertrouwen en autonomie met het nieuwe platform werken.
  • Binnen het eigen team deel je best practices en begeleid je minder ervaren collega's bij hun professionele evolutie.

Profiel

Als toekomstige Consultant Dynamics Business Central combineer je procesmatig inzicht met het talent om complexe materie begrijpelijk te maken.

  • Je beschikt over aantoonbare ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, opgedaan binnen consultancy of direct vanuit een logistieke of financiële bedrijfsomgeving.
  • Ervaring met het leiden van verandertrajecten stelt jou in staat om verwachtingen helder te managen en langdurig vertrouwen op te bouwen.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een communicatief sterke bruggenbouwer die graag initiatief toont en energie haalt uit het boeken van gezamenlijke vooruitgang.
  • Een vloeiende beheersing van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Engels typeren jouw manier van communiceren, terwijl Frans als mooi meegenomen geldt.
