Jouw missie Als Digital Transformation Analyst ben jij de cruciale brug tussen onze business stakeholders en het development team. Je optimaliseert processen en bent de drijvende kracht achter onze nieuwste AI-initiatieven.

Wat ga je concreet doen?

  • Je duikt in de organisatie, brengt stakeholders samen en analyseert hun behoeften tot op het bot.
  • Je brengt digitale processen in kaart en (her)modelleert ze (bij voorkeur via BPMN).
  • Op basis van jouw analyses bedenk je ijzersterke oplossingen en begeleid je de uitrol van A tot Z (van analyse tot in-productiestelling).
  • AI is your middle name: Je jaagt het gebruik van Artificial Intelligence binnen onze startup aan. Je spot kansen waar AI-agents een rol kunnen spelen en brainstormt met developers om niche AI-software te ontwikkelen.
  • Je zorgt dat nieuwe tools ook écht gebruikt worden: je traint gebruikers, beantwoordt vragen en zorgt voor kraakheldere documentatie.
  • Let op: we zoeken géén pure coder of software developer. Daar hebben we ons in-house dev-team al voor. Jij bewaakt het overzicht en vormt de onmisbare schakel met de business.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een diploma Handelswetenschappen of Toegepaste Economische Wetenschappen (TEW) op zak.
  • Je hebt een 5-tal jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol (ervaring met ERP-implementaties is een dikke plus!).
  • Je communiceert vlot, bent open-minded en houdt van een no-nonsense, "recht-toe-recht-aan" aanpak. Geen blabla, maar actie.
  • Je bent uiterst integer en combineert West-Vlaamse nuchterheid met een onstuitbare drive om te innoveren.
