Voor een vooraanstaande, internationale en financieel robuuste productiespeler (regio Zele) zoeken wij een gedreven IT Business Analyst. In deze rol ligt de volledige focus op de optimalisatie en uitrol van SAP-processen op wereldwijde schaal. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar jouw technische SAP-kennis de drijvende kracht is achter wereldwijde innovatie.

Jouw impact als Head IT Business analist

Als proces- en systeemspecialist neem je de leiding in de analyse, het ontwerp, de configuratie en de implementatie van complexe IT-oplossingen binnen SAP Operations (MM, PP en WM). Je voert niet simpelweg uit, maar bouwt actief mee aan de toekomst.

  • Agile Development: Je analyseert bedrijfsbehoeften en vertaalt deze naar heldere user stories. In nauwe samenwerking met de Scrum Master en Service Owner zorg je voor een soepele oplevering binnen de afgesproken sprints.
  • Technisch Ontwerp & Integratie: Je stelt gedetailleerde functionele en technische specificaties op ('as-is' en 'to-be') en werkt samen met integratieteams aan vlekkeloze data-integraties.
  • Support & Kennisdeling: Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor 3e-lijns ondersteuning, traint regionale super users en deelt jouw expertise tijdens maandelijkse overlegmomenten om systeemwijzigingen vlot te introduceren.

Wij zoeken een analytische bruggenbouwer die moeiteloos schakelt tussen techniek en business, en die de SAP-architectuur door en door kent.

  • Ervaring: Je hebt minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar werkervaring als SAP Business Analyst (met een bachelor- of masterdiploma, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
  • Domeinkennis: Je bezit diepgaande en aantoonbare technische kennis van de SAP-modules MM of PP of WM.
  • Methodologie: Je bent vertrouwd met Agile-werken en tools zoals Jira Software en Jira Service Management.
  • Soft Skills: Je hebt een sterk zakelijk inzicht en kunt teams inspireren en overtuigen zonder formele hiërarchische bevoegdheid.
  • Talen & Flexibiliteit: Jouw Engels is uitstekend (Nederlands, Frans en/of Duits is een stevige plus). Omdat je met collega's over de hele wereld werkt, ben je flexibel qua uren (verschillende tijdzones) en sta je open voor incidentele internationale verplaatsingen.
