Strategisch én Hands-on Als Head of Business Technology (Digital Technology Lead) vorm jij de digitale toekomst van deze onderneming. Je werkt nauw samen met de CEO en neemt de volledige ownership over het IT- en applicatielandschap, zodat technologie direct bijdraagt aan de schaalbaarheid en efficiëntie van het bedrijf.

Waar ga je concreet mee aan de slag?

  • Data & AI als vliegwiel: Je bouwt hun bestaande BI-omgeving verder uit tot een next-level platform. Je brengt data uit webshops, marketplaces, ERP, WMS en PIM feilloos samen. Betrouwbare data is jouw fundament om AI zinvol in te zetten. Daarnaast ben je dé AI-pionier binnen het bedrijf. Je spot kansen voor slimme automatisering (in customer service, sales, marketing en operations) en bouwt zelf AI-workflows. De bedrijfsfilosofie? AI ondersteunt de medewerkers; het neemt het denkwerk en de eindbeslissing niet over.
  • Regie over het IT-landschap: Van het in goede banen leiden van de migratie naar moderne e-commerceplatformen (zoals Shopify), tot de naadloze integratie van het ecosysteem. Jij bent de spil. Voor grotere ERP- en WMS-trajecten schakel je met externe partners; jij daagt hen inhoudelijk uit, onderbouwt keuzes en bewaakt de kwaliteit. Voor efficiënte koppelingen en procesverbeteringen steek je ook zelf de handen uit de mouwen. Ongeveer een derde van je tijd gaat naar het beheren en optimaliseren van dit brede applicatielandschap.

Jouw profiel Wij zoeken een bouwer, een denker en een doener met een passie voor innovatie.

  • Ervaring: Je hebt minstens 4 jaar relevante werkervaring en een sterke affiniteit met data-omgevingen (data uit meerdere bronnen samenbrengen, modelleren en ontsluiten).
  • Hands-on tech-kennis: Je hebt een technische achtergrond en hebt zélf oplossingen gebouwd: API-koppelingen, datapipelines, scripts en automatiseringen (bijv. via tools als n8n of vergelijkbaar).
  • AI-Driven: Je bent geen passieve gebruiker van AI, maar je gebruikt het actief om werkende processen en workflows te bouwen.
  • Mindset: Analytisch, procesmatig en met een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. Jij neemt ownership over de projecten die je start.
  • Pluspunten: Kennis van BI- en datatools (Power BI, BigQuery), e-commerce platformen (zoals Shopify), PIM, ERP, WMS of complexe marketplace-integraties.
