  • Je verzorgt de eerste- en tweedelijnsondersteuning zodat gebruikers snel weer aan de slag kunnen na een technische hick-up.
  • Het beheren van pc's, mobiele toestellen en andere fysieke infrastructuur neem je voor jouw rekening, waardoor alles altijd vlot blijft werken.
  • Regelmatig stap je effectief de werkvloer op voor gerichte interventies om storingen direct bij de bron aan te pakken.
  • Naast de dagelijkse vragen draag je actief bij aan nieuwe implementaties en boeiende verbeteringsprojecten.
  • Jouw inzichten helpen mee om de volledige IT-omgeving verder uit te bouwen en volledig toekomstbestendig te maken.

Profiel

  • Je beschikt over een IT-diploma of hebt een stevige dosis relevante werkervaring opgebouwd in een gelijkaardige rol.
  • Een sterke basiskennis van Microsoft 365 is aanwezig, en je toont grote interesse om bij te leren over cloudoplossingen, netwerken en AI.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een vlotte problem solver die perfect zelfstandig de juiste prioriteiten weet te stellen op drukke momenten.
  • Communiceren verloopt uitstekend in het Nederlands, en je trekt je prima uit de slag in het Frans.
