In deze rol sla je de brug tussen ruwe data, geavanceerde architectuur en bruikbare business intelligence. Samen met de Data Lead, BI-ontwikkelaars en business stakeholders til je het datalandschap naar het hoogste niveau:

  • Power BI Architectuur & Governance: Je ontwerpt en beheert een robuust Power BI-platform. Je bouwt schaalbare semantische modellen, structureert dataflows en stelt standaarden op voor betrouwbare managementrapportering en gecontroleerde self-service analytics.
  • Data Modeling & Integratie: Je bouwt en optimaliseert end-to-end datapijplijnen (ETL/ELT) en datamodellen binnen moderne dataomgevingen (Azure Data Platform, Data Lakes, Fabric).
  • Business Intelligence Enablement: Je vertaalt complexe business- en rapportagevraagstukken vanuit verschillende internationale entiteiten naar duurzame technologische architecturen.
  • Data Quality & Betrouwbaarheid: Je bewaakt de performance, integriteit en datakwaliteit over het hele platform heen en lost knelpunten proactief op.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Opleiding & Ervaring: Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in IT, Computer Science, Data of Engineering, gecombineerd met solide werkervaring in een data engineering- of BI-architectuurrol.
  • Data-expertise: Grondige expertise in SQL (complexe queries, performance-tuning en troubleshooting). Hands-on ervaring met het Azure Data Platform, Data Lakes, ETL/ELT en dimensionale datamodellering. Uitstekend inzicht in de backend-principes van Power BI en/of Microsoft Fabric voor schaalbare rapportering.
  • Mindset: Pragmatisch, hands-on en gedreven door datakwaliteit. Je switcht gemakkelijk tussen diepgaande technische uitdagingen en overleg met business stakeholders.
  • Talen: Vloeiend in het Engels (de voertaal binnen deze internationale organisatie). Kennis van het Nederlands is een sterke troef.
