Om de digitale catalogus en het achterliggende PIM-landschap (Product Information Management) naar het volgende niveau te tillen, zoeken wij momenteel een visionaire Product Data Lead.

De uitdaging

Aan het roer staan van de datastrategie vormt de absolute kern van deze functie. Het optimaliseren, stroomlijnen en verrijken van een immense database brengt constant boeiende uitdagingen met zich mee.

  • Dagelijks stuur en coach jij een gedreven team van data specialisten aan, waarbij hun professionele groei centraal staat.
  • Kwaliteit, structuur en uniformiteit van alle artikelinformatie in het systeem worden onder jouw leiding feilloos gewaarborgd.
  • Samenwerken gebeurt intensief over verschillende departementen heen, met IT, marketing en aankoop als de belangrijkste interne partners.
  • Daarnaast lanceer en begeleid jij innovatieve projecten om de online catalogus nog slimmer, accurater en klantvriendelijker te ontsluiten voor de zakelijke eindgebruiker.

Het gezochte profiel

Voor deze leidinggevende sleutelrol kijken we naar kandidaten met een onmiskenbare passie voor data, processen en structuur.

  • Ruime ervaring met complexe e-commerce datamodellen en PIM-systemen is absoluut cruciaal.
  • Natuurlijk leiderschap zit ingebakken in jouw karakter, bij voorkeur aangevuld met eerdere ervaring in het aansturen of coachen van professionals.
  • Strategisch overzicht gaat binnen jouw werkwijze naadloos samen met een pragmatische, oplossingsgerichte mentaliteit.
  • Complexe datastructuren vertalen naar vlotte commerciële logica vormt geen enkel probleem.
  • Helder en overtuigend communiceren verloopt soepel, met het Nederlands als belangrijkste voertaal.
