In deze rol neem jij het voortouw bij het stroomlijnen van alle artikelgegevens doorheen de organisatie.

  • Je voert nieuwe commerciële artikelen zorgvuldig in en verrijkt deze met de juiste productspecificaties, zodat alle verkoopkanalen tijdig over betrouwbare content beschikken.
  • Het signaleren en rechtzetten van foutmeldingen tussen verschillende applicaties handel je zelfstandig af, waardoor interfaces tussen systemen vlekkeloos blijven synchroniseren.
  • Je stemt doorlopend af met collega's van creatie, planning en sales om benodigde informatie tijdig te verzamelen en de aanmaakworkflow strak te bewaken.
  • Samen met de verkoopafdeling bewaak je de geldigheid en exclusiviteit van artikelen over verschillende markten heen, wat resulteert in heldere overzichten voor commerciële beslissingen.
  • Je denkt actief mee over slimmere datastructuren en procesverbeteringen binnen het lopende transformatietraject om toekomstige digitale portals optimaal te ondersteunen.

Profiel

Als leergierige Product Data Specialist breng je een gezonde dosis structuur en nauwkeurigheid mee:

  • Een scherp oog voor detail en een natuurlijke drang naar consistente, foutloze artikelbestanden in dagelijkse processen.
  • Ervaring met of een vlot logisch inzicht in datastructuren binnen een ERP-pakket of vergelijkbare beheersystemen.
  • Vlotte sociale vaardigheden waarmee je collega’s van diverse afdelingen tactvol overtuigt om deadlines voor datalevering na te leven.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands, aangevuld met een praktische werkkennis van het Frans of Engels voor overleg binnen een internationale context.
  • Gevorderde vaardigheden in Excel en een brede interesse in productlevenscycli binnen een productie- of handelsomgeving.
