In deze functie als System Engineer neem jij het voortouw bij de dagelijkse IT-ondersteuning en zorg je dat collega's snel en vakkundig geholpen worden bij hard- en softwarevragen.

  • Eerstelijns en tweedelijns incidenten behandel je met flair, waarbij je doorvraagt tot de root cause helder is en storingen structureel uitblijven.
  • Het beheer van identiteiten, licenties en toegangsrechten in Microsoft 365 en Entra ID pak je nauwkeurig op, zodat iedereen meteen veilig aan de slag kan.
  • Samen met het team rol je moderne hardware uit en beheer je laptops gestroomlijnd via Intune.
  • De monitoring van systemen houd je scherp in de gaten om samen met cloud engineers de beschikbaarheid van servers en cloudservices te garanderen.
  • Actieve ondersteuning bieden bij continue verbeteringen rond ISO 27001 en het documenteren van duidelijke gebruikershandleidingen behoort vast tot jouw routines.

Profiel

Voor deze rol als System Engineer zoeken we iemand die communicatief sterk is, graag anderen ontzorgt en plezier haalt uit hands-on troubleshooting.

  • Een diploma in een IT-richting vormt een mooie basis, aangevuld met circa twee jaar ervaring in een helpdesk of brede supportrol.
  • Grondige feeling met moderne cloudtools en een solide basiskennis van netwerkconcepten zoals DNS en VPN's.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een geduldige troubleshooter die helder communiceert in zowel het Nederlands als het Engels.
  • Grote leergierigheid om gecertificeerd te worden en stappen te zetten richting Azure en geavanceerde cloudbeveiliging.
