Jobomschrijving

Takenpakket:

In deze rol neem jij het voortouw bij het moderniseren, migreren en optimaliseren van complete klantomgevingen.

  • Je realiseert uiteenlopende migratietrajecten en richt nieuwe architecturen in met een constante focus op kwaliteit.
  • Je lost complexe Level 3 incidenten op en graaft doelgericht tot de Root Cause definitief van de baan is.
  • Je automatiseert repetitieve beheertaken via scripting zodat de hele infrastructuur een pak sneller draait.
  • Je adviseert ondernemers over security en performantie, perfect afgestemd op de dagelijkse realiteit van hun organisatie.
  • Je signaleert proactief technische pijnpunten op locatie en zet die om in heldere, haalbare verbeteringen.

Profiel:

  • Je beschikt over minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke rol binnen een KMO-omgeving of bij een Managed Service Provider (MSP).
  • Sterke en aantoonbare kennis van M365, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Windows Server, Active Directory (hybride) en virtuele omgevingen (Hyper-V / VMware). Kennis van Azure is een grote troef.
  • Grondige inzichten in netwerkarchitectuur, firewalls (bijv. FortiGate), VPN, routing en switches.
  • Een efficiënte mindset met ruime ervaring in scripting en automatisering (PowerShell).
  • Je bent een krachtige generalist met een sterk probleemoplossend vermogen. Je kunt technische vraagstukken helder en in begrijpelijke taal overbrengen aan zowel technische als niet-technische stakeholders.
  • Vloeiende beheersing van het Nederlands (Frans of Engels is een mooie plus).
