Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets across retail and builder channels. Manage and grow strategic retail accounts within the Greater Montreal Region while proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key retail partners, buyers, store managers, sales associates, and other stakeholders. Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset by identifying market opportunities, creating innovative sales approaches, and driving business growth within the region. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Leadership, to execute go-to-market initiatives and achieve business objectives. Analyze sales performance, including Sell-In vs. Sell-Out metrics, sales forecasts, pipeline performance, market trends, and competitive activity to drive informed business decisions. Conduct regular business reviews with retail partners to evaluate performance, identify growth opportunities, and develop action plans. Maintain a strong field presence through frequent store visits to support retail partners, ensure merchandising excellence, and reinforce the LG brand experience. Deliver engaging product knowledge and sales training to retail sales associates to maximize sales performance. Represent LG Electronics Canada with professionalism, integrity, and a relentless commitment to customer success. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Fluently French bilingual: excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills in both English and French (REQUIRED). Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline. Minimum of five (5) years of progressive sales experience, preferably within consumer electronics, home appliances, builder channels, luxury products, or related industries. Proven success managing key retail accounts and consistently delivering sales growth. Strong understanding of retail sales management, including Sell-In, Sell-Out, forecasting, and business analytics. Exceptional selling, negotiation, and influencing skills with a strong customer focus. Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships and develop long-term business relationships. Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, solving business challenges, and driving profitable growth. Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data and transform insights into actionable strategies. Highly motivated, self-directed, competitive, and results-oriented with a passion for excellence. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-performance environment while effectively managing multiple priorities. Strong presentation, coaching, and product training skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Curious, resilient, and persistent, with a continuous improvement mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); CRM experience is an asset. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly throughout the Greater Montreal Region.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS:

Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de ventes régionales afin d'atteindre et de dépasser les objectifs de revenus dans les réseaux de vente au détail et auprès des constructeurs résidentiels. Gérer et développer des comptes stratégiques dans la grande région de Montréal tout en identifiant et en développant de nouvelles occasions d'affaires. Établir, maintenir et renforcer des relations d'affaires solides avec les partenaires détaillants, les acheteurs, les directeurs de magasins, les conseillers aux ventes et les autres intervenants clés. Faire preuve d'un esprit entrepreneurial en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités de marché, en proposant des approches innovantes et en contribuant activement à la croissance des affaires dans son territoire. Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes du marketing, de la gestion de produits, de la chaîne d'approvisionnement et de la direction afin d'assurer le succès des initiatives de mise en marché. Analyser les performances des ventes, notamment les indicateurs Sell-In et Sell-Out, les prévisions de ventes, les tendances du marché, les activités de la concurrence et les indicateurs de performance afin d'orienter les décisions d'affaires. Effectuer régulièrement des revues d'affaires avec les partenaires détaillants afin d'évaluer les résultats, d'identifier les occasions de croissance et de mettre en œuvre des plans d'action. Assurer une présence soutenue sur le terrain par des visites fréquentes en magasin afin d'accompagner les partenaires, de veiller à l'excellence du marchandisage et de renforcer l'expérience de la marque LG. Offrir des formations dynamiques sur les produits aux conseillers aux ventes afin d'accroître leurs connaissances et leur efficacité commerciale. Représenter LG Electronics Canada avec professionnalisme, intégrité et une approche résolument axée sur la satisfaction des clients. Effectuer toute autre tâche ou projet connexe confié par la direction.

  CONNAISSANCES, COMPÉTENCES ET QUALIFICATIONS:

Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, en marketing ou dans une discipline connexe. Minimum de cinq (5) années d'expérience progressive en ventes, préférablement dans les secteurs de l'électronique grand public, des électroménagers, du secteur de la construction (builder), des produits haut de gamme ou d'un domaine connexe. Expérience démontrée dans la gestion de comptes stratégiques et l'atteinte constante des objectifs de croissance des ventes. Excellente compréhension de la gestion des ventes au détail, incluant les indicateurs Sell-In, Sell-Out, les prévisions de ventes et l'analyse des performances commerciales. Excellentes aptitudes en communication, en présentation et en développement de relations d'affaires, en français et en anglais (bilinguisme requis). Solides compétences en vente, en négociation et en influence, jumelées à une approche fortement axée sur le client. Capacité démontrée à établir des relations de confiance et à développer des partenariats d'affaires durables. Posséder un fort esprit entrepreneurial, faire preuve d'initiative et savoir reconnaître les occasions d'affaires afin de stimuler une croissance rentable et durable. Solide sens des affaires et excellente capacité d'analyse permettant de transformer les données en stratégies d'affaires concrètes. Personne autonome, motivée, compétitive et orientée vers les résultats, animée par une culture d'excellence. À l'aise d'évoluer dans un environnement dynamique, exigeant et axé sur la performance, tout en gérant efficacement plusieurs priorités. Excellentes aptitudes en présentation, en animation de formations et en accompagnement des équipes de vente. Excellentes habiletés en organisation, en gestion du temps et souci marqué du détail. Esprit analytique, curieux, persévérant et orienté vers l'amélioration continue. Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, notamment Excel et PowerPoint; l'expérience avec un système CRM constitue un atout. Détenir un permis de conduire valide et être disponible pour effectuer des déplacements réguliers dans la grande région de Montréal.
