Description

Wir suchen eine Buchhalterin / einen Buchhalter für unser dynamisches Accounting Team in Liechtenstein. In dieser sind Sie Teil des konzernweiten Accounting Teams und interagieren in einem internationalen Umfeld eng mit anderen Buchhaltern und Controllern in den verschiedenen Locations (u.a. Schweiz, Irland, ). Sie erwartet ein motiviertes Team in einem Arbeitsumfeld, welches von flachen Hierarchien und kurzen Entscheidungswegen geprägt ist und Sie sich aktiv einbringen und mitwirken können.

Ihre Aufgaben als Buchhalterin / Buchhalter beinhalten unter anderem:

  • Selbständige Erstellung von Monats\- und Jahresabschlüssen nach local GAAP und IFRS;
  • Unterstützung Kreditoren\- und Debitorenbuchhaltung;
  • Zeitgerechte Erfassung der einzelnen Transaktionen in den Nebenbüchern;
  • Erstellung der Mehrwertsteuerabrechnung;
  • Durchführung von periodischen/ad\-hoc Auswertungen und Analysen;
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von internen und externen Berichterstattungen;
  • Mithilfe bei der Erstellung des Budgets;
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen (weltweit) und externen Stellen;
  • Abwechslungsreiche und anspruchsvolle Aufgabenstellungen in einem dynamischen Bereich.

Requirements

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung, kombiniert mit einer Weiterbildung im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen oder abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft;
  • Mind. ein Jahr relevante Berufserfahrung im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen;
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift;
  • Gute Kenntnisse von MS Office (v.a. Excel) und Abacus von Vorteil;
  • Strukturiertes, selbständiges und genaues Arbeiten sowie rasche Auffassungsgabe;
  • Gute Umgangsformen mit Mitarbeitern aus verschiedenen Bereichen und Ländern;
  • Freude an neuen Themengebieten und den zur stetigen Weiterentwicklung.
