LGT Private Debt gehört zu LGT Capital Partners und ist dessen Kompetenzzentrum für Private Debt. Der Fokus liegt auf der Strukturierung und Zeichnung von Private-Debt-Investments für sponsorgetriebene Buy-outs mittelständischer Unternehmen in ganz Europa. Das 2005 gegründete Team umfasst 45 Mitarbeitende, darunter 20 Investmentprofis in Paris, London und Frankfurt. Es hat bereits über 135 Transaktionen abgeschlossen, die zugesagte Investitionen in Höhe von EUR 6,0 Milliarden repräsentieren.

Als Analyst (m/w/d) im Frankfurter Private-Debt-Investmentteam gehören zu Ihren Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Prüfung und Screening von Investitionsmöglichkeiten, einschließlich qualitativer und quantitativer Analyse von Geschäftsopportunitäten
  • Erstellung von Investment-Committee-Memoranda und Kreditpapieren
  • Finanzmodellierung und Bewertungsanalysen
  • Beurteilung von Business-, Financial- und Industry-Due-Diligence
  • Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme einzelner Arbeitspakete in der Due Diligence und der Finanzmodellierung, einschließlich der Erstellung von Sensitivitätsanalysen und Szenarioplanungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Transaktionsumsetzung (Deal Execution) bei neuen Deals und Portfoliounternehmen
  • Portfolioüberwachung, einschließlich der Überwachung der finanziellen Entwicklung und der Covenants, des Austauschs mit Management und Gesellschaftern sowie der Bearbeitung von Ereignissen wie neuen Finanzierungsanfragen und Vertragsanpassungen

Requirements

  • Hervorragender akademischer Leistungsausweis mit einem relevanten Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss einer führenden Universität;
  • Mindestens 1–2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Investment Banking, Leveraged Finance, Transaction Services, in der Strategieberatung, im Bereich Private Debt oder Private Equity;
  • Vorherige Erfahrung in Investment Banking, Leveraged Finance, Transaction Services, Strategieberatung, Private Debt oder Private Equity
  • Nachweisbares Interesse an der Finanzbranche, insbesondere an Private Equity oder Private Debt
  • Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse (MS Office), insbesondere in Excel; Kenntnisse in der Finanzmodellierung sind von Vorteil
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich; Kenntnisse in einer weiteren westeuropäischen Sprache sind ein Plus
  • Schriftliche Ausdrucksstärke für die Erstellung von Investment-Memoranda
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten mit hoher Detailgenauigkeit
  • Eigeninitiative und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Selbstmotivierte und proaktive Teamplayer-Persönlichkeit
