Nous recrutons un ou une Directeur/Directrice Solutions pour renforcer le département IT de notre client situé dans le Nord Vaudoise, Si vous êtes prêt ou prête à relever un nouveau défi, cette offre est pour vous.

Responsabilités

En tant que Directeur / Directrice Solutions vous analysez les demandes des clients et définissez les procédés le mieux adapté. De plus, vous vérifiez que la solutions soit conforme à l'analyse. Vou soutenez les équipes pour la résolutions des problèmes techniques. Vous adaptez les méthodes industrielles, pilotez les budgets, les recrutements.

Profil

  • Ingénieur ou technicien de formation
  • Minimum 10 - 15 ans d'expérience en développement de procédés de fabrication industriels
  • Expérience en direction d'une équipe technique
  • Expérience sur ISO 13485, IATF 16949 ou EN 9100
  • Industrialisation et certification (procédé de fabrication)
  • Bonnes connaissances en procédés d'usinage (commande numérique un plus)
  • Bonnes connaissances en analyse et en résolutions de problèmes
  • Français courant, anglais technique
