岗位职责： 1.负责焊装设备选型、工艺方案的制定，焊装设备参数的管理，夹具的会签、验收和调试； 2.研究新连接工艺，并确保焊装车间连接工艺的先进性和稳定性； 3.负责焊接参数优化，提高焊接品质； 4.负责制定连接设备标定计划，并按计划组织实施 5.负责完善白车身焊接质量检查策略，提升白车身强度水平； 6.负责更新完善焊接质量标准并培训车间连接团队； 7.支持生产及时解决生产过程发生的问题，提高生产效率，提高产品质量，并及时对工作进行总结，提高团队的整体素质，完成团队新员工的技术培训； 8.支持生产提高设备的运转率和及时完成生产计划，正确测算标准生产工时； 9.支持车间生产提高生产效率，降低成本，制定标准工时，提高产品品质；

任职资格： 1.本科及以上学历、材料、焊接类相关专业 2.1年以上整车汽车厂焊装行业工作经验. 3.熟悉焊装各种冷、热连接设备，包括点焊、弧焊、涂胶、铆接、激光焊接等； 4.熟悉焊装工装、抓具设计； 5.有筹建、新建焊装车间或焊装车间改造经验. 6.熟练使用office办公软件、CAD、CATIA等软件. 7.了解车身产品结构，整车开发流程，了解焊装工艺开发流程.
