1. 参与音频方案设计。 将采集、播放、通话及语音交互等产品需求转化为音频子系统的技术方案，明确接口、数据流、状态管理及性能要求。 2. 提出并实现技术需求。 与 ODM、芯片原厂协同完成驱动适配，自主开发或修改必要的音频驱动、中间件及业务接口，支持产品定制和持续迭代。 3. 负责交付审核与验证。 评审 ODM 的音频方案、关键代码及变更，制定并执行集成测试与验收要求，识别稳定性、资源管理和兼容性风险。 4. 主导复杂问题定位与修复。 解决无声、杂音、卡顿、时延异常、启停切换故障及崩溃等问题；能够跨驱动、RTOS、DSP 和应用层分析，在必要时自主修改代码。 5. 优化系统体验与可靠性。 推进音频时延、功耗、资源占用和并发稳定性优化，完善日志、PCM 数据抓取、故障诊断及自动化回归能力。

1. 本科及以上学历，具备嵌入式音频开发经验，独立负责过音频核心模块开发或复杂问题修复，参与过产品集成与量产交付。 2. 精通 C/C++，熟悉 ARM MCU/SoC、RTOS 及底层驱动开发，掌握任务调度、中断、DMA、同步互斥及内存管理及音频并发处理。 3. 具备实际音频驱动开发或修改经验，熟悉音频采集、播放链路，以及 Audio Codec、I2S/PDM/TDM 中一种或多种接口；能够分析时钟、采样格式和数据传输问题。 4. 理解音频 Buffer、状态机及资源生命周期，能够处理启停、切换、并发、断连与异常恢复等场景。 5. 能够结合源码、日志、PCM Dump，以及示波器或逻辑分析仪等手段，独立定位软硬件协同问题，并验证修复效果。 6. 具备技术方案设计、代码评审和跨团队协作能力，能够向 ODM、芯片原厂提出明确的技术要求，并推动问题闭环。 7. 熟练使用示波器、逻辑分析仪、音频分析仪等工具进行软硬件联合调试。 8. 熟练使用 AI 工具辅助编程、调试、测试和 Code Review，并能对产出结果的正确性、安全性及可维护性负责。 加分项 1. 有智能穿戴、智能音频或其他低功耗智能硬件量产经验。 2. 熟悉 Bluetooth Audio、语音交互或音视频同步。
