职位描述： 负责汽车模型（展车/样车）内外饰零部件的组装、修配与调试，确保尺寸精度及外观质量符合要求。 独立完成IP、CNSL、保险杠等部件的装配与修配工作。 精通汽车内外饰后处理工艺及装配流程，能针对不同材质和结构制定合理的装配方案。 能使用UG、Catia等软件进行基础操作，完成简单尺寸测量及数据核对。 配合项目进度，参与整车模型制作过程中的问题排查与工艺优化。 参与模型设计数据评审，识别设计对工艺&装配的影响并给出优化建议

中专/中技及以上学历，机械、机电、汽车类等相关专业优先。 手板行业5年以上或汽车模型行业3年以上工作经验。 有带领团队完成展车、整车项目制作经验者优先考虑。 具备良好的团队合作意识，具备较强的学习与创新能力，愿意持续提升自身技术水平。 工作积极主动，有责任心，执行力强，能快速适应工作环境。
