  • En tant que responsable d’agence, vous êtes la force motrice qui stimule nos ambitieux conseillers clientèle - payroll services. Votre passion et votre dévouement incommensurables encouragent votre équipe à viser l’excellence en toutes circonstances et à fournir des résultats d’exception.
  • Vous excellez en matière de coaching. Grâce à vos idées innovantes et votre souci du détail, vous faites progresser votre équipe de conseillers clientèle - payroll services ainsi que votre agence.
  • Grâce à vos talents d’organisateur, vous assurez l’organisation sans faille et la qualité de service exceptionnelle de votre agence. Aux côtés de votre équipe, vous êtes le garant de la rigueur, du respect des délais et de l’efficacité.
  • Votre expertise et votre perspicacité vous permettent d’obtenir les résultats et la rentabilité voulus.
  • En tant que maillon essentiel de la gestion de la clientèle et de la garantie de la satisfaction client, vous rendez régulièrement visite à vos clients. Votre approche personnalisée fait toute la différence et renforce les liens qui unissent les clients à l’agence.
  • En concertation avec le manager - payroll services, vous contribuez activement à développer votre agence.

Vous reconnaissez-vous dans cette description ?

  • Vous êtes de préférence titulaire d’un diplôme de bachelor ou de master. Une première expérience professionnelle pertinente est un atout. Mais ce qui nous importe le plus, c’est votre enthousiasme à relever le défi.
  • Le leadership n’a aucun secret pour vous et vous avez déjà une première expérience dans ce domaine.
  • La nouveauté ne vous fait pas peur, bien au contraire. Vous osez remettre en question les flux de travail, les structures et les visions de manière à améliorer les résultats.
  • Votre talent inné d’organisateur et votre audace sont deux moteurs incontournables du parfait fonctionnement de notre équipe.
