A saúde e bem-estar norteiam nossas decisões. #PorqueSeTratadaVida Responsabilidades e atribuições🎯No dia a dia você irá:Responsável por acompanhar o funcionamento diário e usabilidade da plataforma de solicitações de viagens, dando suporte direto aos usuários e atuando como interlocutor com o fornecedor, gerando visibilidade do tema aos envolvidos e reportando necessidades de ajustes sempre que necessário.Auxiliar os colaboradores para solucionar dúvidas sobre procedimentos de viagens, via resolução de chamados internos, seguindo as informações contidas nas normas e guias da Libbs.Auxiliar na contratação e organização da logística de grupos para reuniões, treinamentos e eventos internos e externos (nacionais e internacionais), garantindo também a comunicação aos envolvidos.Acompanhar e gerenciar a efetivação de acordos corporativos, bem como, a sua atualização na plataforma de solicitações de viagens.Desenvolver painéis e planilhas para controle e gestão de resultados e informações operacionais, como indicadores de efetividade de processos, orçamentos, preços por tipo de serviço e satisfação dos usuários.Desenvolver e atualizar materiais instrutivos dos procedimentos de solicitações de viagens, garantindo que todas as informações pertinentes estejam à disposição dos colaboradores.Mapear e desenhar fluxos e processos de trabalho da área, atualizando-os sempre que necessário e divulgando-os nos canais oficiais da empresa destinados ao tema.Assegurar o processo de homologação de fornecedores, acompanhando sua validade e realizando constante atualização dos documentos obrigatórios para cada tipo de serviço, e posteriormente, efetuando o cadastro deles em sistema (Webforlink).Efetuar os pagamentos via sistemas SAP e Coupa, assim como atualizar o processo, organizar e controlar as informações para visibilidade de todos os envolvidos.Gerenciar contratos de fornecedores homologados, acompanhando a verba utilizada, possíveis atualizações e prazos de vencimento.Requisitos e qualificações📝 Para participar do nosso processo:Ensino superior completo ou cursando em Turismo, Administração, Comunicação, Marketing ou áreas correlatas;Excel avançado;Power BI intermediário;Comunicação (escrita e falada);Disponibilidade para realizar viagens;Boa negociação (fornecedores e relacional).Informações adicionais+ Informações📍 Local de trabalho: Teletrabalho🕑 Horário: Segunda à Sexta – Horário Móvel (Entrada entre 7h – 9h e saída entre 16h – 18h)🔖 Para colaboradores LibbsAs inscrições serão até 28/10/2026;Os requisitos diferenciais poderão ser priorizados para a seleção dos candidatos para a próxima etapa;Não é permitida a participação em processos seletivos internos diferentes simultaneamente.📌 Benefícios pra você!Vale Refeição; Vale Alimentação;Medicamentos Libbs - 100%;Convênio Farmácia – Vidalink;PPR - Programa de Participação dos Lucros e Resultados da companhia;Estacionamento, vale-transporte ou fretado.
