Horeca en hospitality zitten in ons DNA en dat zie je terug op al onze evenementlocaties. Ons team draait niet alleen mee in de Brabanthallen en het Autotron, maar versterkt inmiddels ook EXPO Greater Amsterdam en de Zeelandhallen in Goes. Daarom groeit ook ons team verder! In deze rol maak jij écht het verschil en zorg je dat ieder event een onvergetelijke ervaring wordt.

Of je nu al ervaring hebt in de horeca of nog volop wilt leren: bij ons is het mogelijk! Van knallende festivals zoals Masters of Hardcore tot zakelijke congressen, grootschalige publieksbeurzen en culinaire events, als horecamedewerker zorg jij samen met je team voor een perfecte service en een onvergetelijke beleving voor onze gasten.

Wat ga je doen als Horecamedewerker evenementen:

Als horecamedewerker bij de Brabanthallen werk je midden in de bruisende wereld van evenementen. Geen dag is hetzelfde! Jij:

  • Bent het aanspreekpunt voor onze bezoekers en zorgt voor een gastvrije ontvangst;
  • Draagt bij aan de opbouw en voorbereiding van onze horecapunten, samen met jouw collega’s;
  • Werkt actief mee op de vloer, achter de bar, bij de koffiepunten of in de bediening tijdens uiteenlopende events;
  • Bent medeverantwoordelijk voor de uitstraling, orde, netheid en naleving van HACCP.

Werken als Horecamedewerker evenementen bij de Brabanthallen:

In deze functie is Brabanthallen jouw uitvalsbasis. Brabanthallen is een van de grootste evenementenlocaties van Nederland. Beurzen, mega bedrijfsfeesten of grote publieksevenementen, alles is mogelijk. Je komt te werken in een team met 15 vaste horeca collega's, dat met grote evenementen wordt uitgebreid met collega’s uit de flexpool. Wat typeert onze werkcultuur? Het is heel informeel. De deur staat altijd open bij ons. Evenementen maken we samen en hiervoor hebben we iedereen nodig.

Naast de locatie Brabanthallen is ons team ook verantwoordelijk voor Mainstage ’s-Hertogenbosch en Autotron Rosmalen en zijn we ondersteunend aan 1931 Congrescentrum, Zeelandhallen Goes en EXPO Greater Amsterdam in Vijfhuizen. Het is mogelijk dat je ook op deze locaties komt te werken.

Functie-eisen voor de rol van Horecamedewerker evenementen:

Dat je vooral jezelf bent! Je bent gastgericht en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen. Een dynamische omgeving is waar jij je thuis voelt en je werkt graag in een team.

Daarnaast:

  • Is horeca-ervaring fijn, maar niet nodig, wij leren je graag de kneepjes van het vak;
  • Flexibiliteit vinden we belangrijk: avonden, weekenden en feestdagen horen bij onze standaard werktijden, maar overleg is natuurlijk altijd mogelijk.

Hoe zorgen wij voor jou?

Je versterkt ons team voor 40 uur per week. Onderstaande arbeidsvoorwaarden zijn op basis van 40 uur (fulltime):

  • Salaris van € 2.598- tot max. € 3.031,- bruto per maand (schaal 3 cao Dagrecreatie);
  • Overnachting bij meerdaagse events buiten regio Den Bosch;
  • 25 vakantiedagen;
  • Onbeperkt gratis toegang voor jou en 4 personen bij Beekse Bergen, Eindhoven Zoo, ZooParc Overloon, Aviodrome, Klimrijk of AquaZoo Leeuwarden met de Libéma-pas;
  • 50% korting op een verblijf in ons Safari Resort, Safari Hotel of een van de andere Libéma-Vakantieparken;
  • Gunstige pensioenregeling.
  • Een gunstige reiskostenvergoeding vanaf 10 km woon-werkverkeer (€ 0,23 per km) met een max tot 25 km enkele reis en een vergoeding voor eventuele zakelijke kilometers (€ 0,32 per km);
  • Jaarlijks een Libéma-breed event op een van de Libéma locaties voor alle Libéma collega’s.

De aanvraag van een VOG is onderdeel van de procedure.
