Bij 1931 Congrescentrum zorgen we samen voor succesvolle evenementen, van vergaderingen tot grote bedrijfsfeesten voor duizenden gasten. In deze functie ben je een onmisbaar deel van ons team. Door jouw werk voelen gasten zich welkom, kunnen collega’s hun werk goed doen en dragen we samen bij aan een professionele uitstraling. Samen maken we 1931 elke dag een beetje beter!

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je maakt kantoren, vergaderruimtes, toiletten en trappenhuizen schoon.
  • Tijdens evenementen houd je de locatie schoon, check je de toiletten en spring je bij waar nodig. Daarnaast help je met het wassen en strijken van horecakleding.
  • Je kunt 16 tot 24 uur per week aan de slag, afhankelijk van wat bij jou past.

Waar kom je te werken?

1931 Congrescentrum is een van de 8 bruisende eventlocaties die vallen onder de vlag van Libéma Beurzen & Evenementen. Deze multifunctionele, historische locatie nabij de binnenstad van Den Bosch is een gewilde locatie voor het organiseren van congressen, bedrijfsfeesten of andere zakelijke evenementen.

Bij 1931 werk je in een hecht team met een gezellige sfeer. We doen het samen en streven altijd naar het beste. Niet voor niets scoren we gemiddeld een 8,5 op gastbeleving – daar draag jij aan bij!

Hoe maak je ons team compleet?

  • Je houdt van aanpakken en kunt zelfstandig werken.
  • Je bent flexibel en vindt het niet erg om ook ’s avonds of in het weekend te werken. Je krijgt je rooster drie tot vier weken van tevoren.
  • Je hebt ervaring in de schoonmaak.

Hoe zorgen wij voor jou?

Als Medewerker Schoonmaak versterk je ons team tussen 16 en 24 uur per week. Daarnaast bieden we:

  • Een jaarcontract (met intentie tot verlenging) met een arbeidsvoorwaardenpakket gebaseerd op schaal 3 (tussen € 2.600,- en € 3.000,-) cao Dagrecreatie;
  • 25 vakantiedagen op fulltime basis;
  • Reiskostenvergoeding vanaf 10 km woon-werkverkeer (€ 0,25 per km) met een maximum van 25 km enkele reis;
  • Gunstige pensioenregeling waarbij je als werknemer slechts 3% afdraagt;
  • Onbeperkt gratis toegang voor 5 personen bij alle attractieparken en dierentuinen van Libéma zoals Beekse Bergen, Eindhoven Zoo, Aviodrome en ZooParc Overloon;
  • 50% korting op een verblijf in ons Safari Resort, Safari Hotel Beekse Bergen of een van de andere vakantieparken van Libéma.
