Ben jij gastvrij, enthousiast en op zoek naar een afwisselende stage binnen de recreatiebranche? Dan is deze stage iets voor jou! Tijdens jouw stage bij de Gastenservice van Vakantiepark Dierenbos ben jij een van de eerste aanspreekpunten voor onze gasten. Je leert hoe je gasten een warm welkom geeft, vragen beantwoordt en bijdraagt aan een zorgeloos verblijf.

Wat ga je leren?

Je draait volledig mee binnen de Gastenservice en ondersteunt bij de dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Zo krijg je een goed beeld van wat er allemaal komt kijken bij het ontvangen, informeren en begeleiden van gasten tijdens hun verblijf. Je gaat onder andere:

  • Ontvangen en in- en uitchecken van gasten;
  • Beantwoorden van vragen aan de balie, telefonisch en per e-mail;
  • Informeren van gasten over activiteiten op het park en uitjes in de omgeving;
  • Verhuren van fietsen, skelters en minigolfmaterialen;
  • Verwerken van reserveringen en administratieve werkzaamheden;
  • Helpen van gasten met passende oplossingen tijdens hun verblijf;
  • Voorbereiden van aankomsten zodat gasten zorgeloos aan hun verblijf kunnen beginnen;
  • Samenwerken met collega's van verschillende afdelingen.

Natuurlijk krijg je goede begeleiding en denken we graag mee over jouw leerdoelen en stageopdracht. Zo ontwikkel je jouw communicatieve, administratieve en gastgerichte vaardigheden en ontdek je wat er komt kijken bij het werken op een vakantiepark.

Hoe maak jij ons team compleet?

Vooral door jezelf te zijn. Je bent gastvrij, enthousiast en vindt het leuk om met verschillende mensen in contact te zijn. Deze stage sluit het beste aan bij studenten vanaf het tweede leerjaar. Daarnaast:

  • Volg je een mbo 3- of 4-opleiding in de richting van Toerisme, Leisure, Recreatie, Hospitality of Travel;
  • Vind je het leuk om gasten te helpen;
  • Stap je makkelijk op mensen af;
  • Ben je flexibel inzetbaar;
  • Werk je graag samen in een team.

Wat mag je van ons verwachten?

Je krijgt goede begeleiding van ervaren collega's en volop de ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Samen zorgen we ervoor dat jij zoveel mogelijk leert tijdens jouw stage. Daarnaast bieden wij:

  • Een stagevergoeding van € 400,- per maand op basis van 40 uur;
  • De mogelijkheid om in overleg intern te verblijven tijdens jouw stage;
  • Een fijne werksfeer waarin je jezelf kunt zijn;
  • De kans om veel praktijkervaring op te doen binnen de recreatiebranche.

Hier kom je te werken

Vakantiepark Dierenbos is een gezellig familiepark in het Brabantse Vinkel, waar gasten genieten van een vakantie midden in de natuur. Met speeltuinen, een bowlingbaan, zwembaden en een zwemvijver is er voor jong en oud altijd iets te beleven.

Je komt terecht in een enthousiast Gastenservice-team waar gastvrijheid, samenwerking en werkplezier centraal staan. Daarnaast werk je regelmatig samen met collega's van andere afdelingen en leer je het vakantiepark van alle kanten kennen.
