The posting

750 toffe grootschalige evenementen per jaar, diverse (bekende) eventlocaties door heel Nederland, een goede werk-privé balans en vooral heel veel mogelijkheden. Hebben we je aandacht? Mooi! We vertellen graag wat meer over deze fulltime functie!

De ene dag bereid je voor in de spiksplinternieuwe productiekeuken van de Brabanthallen en de andere dag rijd je met de vrachtwagen naar een van onze evenementenlocaties en draai je het event. Lekker dynamisch! Het fijnste aan deze functie? In de avond ben je regelmatig vrij en kun je genieten van sport, hobby’s of je gezin! De grootste uitdaging? Zorgen dat alle bezoekers, of het er nu 300 of 10.000 zijn, kunnen genieten van de heerlijkste hapjes, soepjes, broodjes of buffetten.

Met 7 evenementenlocaties in Nederland durven we met recht te zeggen dat we een van de grootste landelijke spelers zijn als het gaat om het organiseren van evenementen. Beurzen, congressen, bedrijfsfeesten en grote sportevenementen, you name it, wij hebben alles in huis om dit te organiseren! Ieder evenement is uniek en dat maakt jouw werk afwisselend.

Wat deze functie verder nog bijzonder en uitdagend maakt:

  • Afwisseling in locaties, evenementen en bezoekers. Er is altijd wat te beleven! Vaak bereid je het event samen met je team voor in onze spiksplinternieuwe centrale productiekeuken bij de Brabanthallen. Dit kunnen de lekkerste broodjes zijn in onze broodjeskeuken, verse soepen of andere lekkernijen om onze gasten te verrassen.
  • Wanneer er een tof event is, kan het zijn dat je vanuit de locatie werkt. Dit kan Brabanthallen, Autotron of Mainstage zijn, maar ook onze locaties Expo Greater Amsterdam of Zeelandhallen. Heb je (nog) geen eigen auto? Geen probleem, wij zorgen dat jij op locatie komt!

Kortom, een functie met veel uitdaging, vrijheid, verantwoordelijkheid en zeker ook groeipotentieel!

De mooiste tijd beleef je bij de Brabanthallen.

In deze functie is Brabanthallen jouw uitvalsbasis. Brabanthallen is een van de grootste evenementenlocaties van Nederland. Beurzen, mega bedrijfsfeesten of grote publieksevenementen alles is mogelijk. Wat typeert onze werkcultuur? Het is heel informeel. De deur staat altijd open bij ons. Evenementen maken we samen en hiervoor hebben we iedereen nodig.

Je werkt in een team met 5 vaste collega koks. Wanneer we een evenement hebben, kan dit team uitgebreid worden met uitzendkrachten. Uiteraard hebben we allemaal een groot hart en passie voor horeca.

Hoe maak je ons team compleet?

Door jezelf te zijn, in oplossingen te denken en proactief werkzaamheden te organiseren en te structureren. Je bent flexibel inzetbaar, dus ook in de weekenden. Verder heb je nodig:

  • Minimaal een diploma niveau 3 als zelfstandig werkend kok.

Zo zorgen wij voor jou:

Als zelfstandig werkend kok versterk je ons team met 40 uur per week. De bijbehorende arbeidsvoorwaarden zijn (op basis van 40 uur per week):

  • Tot € 3.469,16 bruto per maand (schaal 5, cao Dagrecreatie);
  • 25 vakantiedagen, aangevuld met extra verlofuren bij een langer dienstverband als waardering voor jouw loyaliteit. Na 2 jaar dienstverband ontvang je jaarlijks 8 uur extra verlof en na 6 jaar zelfs 16 uur extra verlof;
  • 8% vakantiegeld, waarbij je zelf regie hebt over de uitbetaling;
  • Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,25 per km vanaf 10 km woon-werkverkeer (max. 25 km enkele reis) en een vergoeding van € 0,32 per km voor eventuele zakelijke kilometers;
  • Onbeperkt gratis toegang voor jou en vier personen bij Beekse Bergen, Eindhoven Zoo, ZooParc Overloon, Aviodrome, Klimrijk en AquaZoo Leeuwarden met de Libéma-pas;
  • 50% ambassadeurskorting op een verblijf in ons Safari Resort, Safari Hotel, Lake Resort, vakantiepark Dierenbos en Kasteel Steenenburg.

Daarnaast profiteer je van aantrekkelijke extra’s, zoals exclusieve kortingen op bekende merken via Benefits at Work en volop ontwikkelmogelijkheden via de Libéma Academy. Zodra je vast in dienst bent, kun je ook gebruikmaken van sportvoordeel via Bedrijfsfitness Nederland en onze leasefietsregeling.
