About Liberate

Liberate builds insurance-native AI agents that handle customer interactions end-to-end across voice, SMS, email, and digital - then complete the downstream work inside core systems like Guidewire, Duck Creek, Applied Epic, and Salesforce. We are the System of Action for Insurance: our agents don't just talk, they execute and resolve. In a market full of AI demos, our moat is production depth - real regulated conversations, real workflows, and the governance and trust layer that carriers and agencies require.

About the Role

We're looking for a part-time Office Assistant to be the heartbeat of our Boston office. This role is in office Tuesday and Thursday, 16 hours per week, and is essential to keeping our space running smoothly, welcoming, and fun. You'll be the first face employees, guests, and vendors see, and the person who makes sure the office always feels stocked, organized, and ready for whatever the day brings. This is a hands-on, in-person role for someone who takes pride in the details and genuinely enjoys creating a great workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own meeting rooms and assist with meeting setup, including IT for conference tech.
  • Help create and maintain a vibrant, fun, and welcoming office atmosphere.
  • Greet employees, guests, and vendors, and ensure visitors have a positive experience.
  • Manage office supplies and snacks by monitoring inventory, placing orders, and organizing storage areas.
  • Keep common areas, conference rooms, and kitchens clean, stocked, and organized throughout the day.
  • Coordinate office vendors and service providers, such as deliveries, building management, cleaning crews, and maintenance technicians.
  • Assist with other administrative support as needed.
  • Support onboarding by preparing workspaces, distributing equipment, and ensuring new hires have necessary office supplies.
  • Help plan and execute company events, team lunches, celebrations, and other in-office activities.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work in office Tuesday and Thursday, 16 hours per week
  • Must live a commutable distance to our Boston office at 711 Atlantic Ave, Floor 6, Boston, MA
  • Friendly, welcoming demeanor with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable troubleshooting basic conference room / IT setups
  • Ability to manage multiple small tasks at once and take initiative without close supervision
  • Reliable, punctual, and takes ownership of the office environment
  • Immediate Start Date

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in an office coordinator, front desk, or hospitality role
  • Experience helping plan events or team activities
  • Familiarity with office supply/inventory management tools

Compensation for this role ranges from $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
