The posting

Jaarlijks hebben wij een aantal plekken beschikbaar voor basisartsen (ANIOS). Omdat de beschikbare plaatsen gedurende het jaar kunnen veranderen, houden wij deze vacature doorlopend open. Daarnaast hebben wij één opleidingsplek voor specialist ouderengeneeskunde. Door de doorstroom binnen deze opleiding ontstaan regelmatig nieuwe mogelijkheden voor basisartsen.

Bij Liberein bieden we intensieve, complexe en specialistische (verpleeghuis)zorg aan zo’n 1.500 ouderen die zorg of ondersteuning nodig hebben. We organiseren de zorg thuis als het kan. En als dat niet meer lukt doen we dat vanuit onze zes locaties in Enschede. We bieden zorg aan verschillende doelgroepen: psychogeriatrie (PG), Korsakov, dementie en (zeer) ernstig probleemgedrag (D-zep), gerontopsychiatrie en somatiek. Daarnaast biedt Liberein de mogelijkheid voor tijdelijk verblijf – in de vorm van geriatrische revalidatiezorg (GRZ) en eerstelijnsverblijf (ELV) – en wijkverpleging. Ook biedt Liberein ontmoetingscentra, dagactiviteiten en dagbehandeling.

Vanuit onze visie op positieve gezondheid ligt het accent niet op ziekte, maar op de mens zelf. We werken met individuele aandacht en dragen bij aan een betekenisvolle dag met uitstekende medische zorg. We zoeken daarom een Basisarts (ANIOS) die graag wil werken met de kernwaarden: samen, vitaal en met lef.

Liberein is:

  • Een begrip als het gaat om uitstekende kwaliteit van zorg aan kwetsbare ouderen in Enschede en Glanerbrug;
  • Toonaangevend als het gaat om geriatrische revalidatie en daarbij ketenpartner van het Medisch Spectrum Twente;
  • Belangrijke partner van de huisartsen in Enschede;
  • Een organisatie met de focus op ‘iedere dag een fijne dag’ en aandacht die verder reikt dan alleen lichamelijke zorg;
  • Gericht op innovatie en ontwikkeling;
  • Gericht op onderwijs, leren en ontwikkelen.

Om dit elke dag waar te maken, werken we met veel bevlogen professionals; medisch, paramedisch, psychosociaal, verpleegkundig en verzorgend.

Wat ga je doen?

De medische vakgroep van Liberein bestaat uit specialisten ouderengeneeskunde, basisartsen, verpleegkundig specialisten en physician assistants.

Als basisarts ben je lid van de medische vakgroep en ben je als regiebehandelaar, na een inwerkperiode, zelfstandig verantwoordelijk voor het medisch beleid van een aantal toegewezen cliënten. De specialist ouderengeneeskunde is te allen tijde beschikbaar als supervisor en deze maakt daar met jou maatwerkafspraken over. De manier waarop Liberein de medische samenwerking heeft vormgegeven is volledig gebaseerd op de consensus die in de vorm van het document “Handreiking Samenwerking en Taakherschikking Ouderenzorg” (Verenso, V&VN, NAPA) in maart 2022 landelijk is bereikt.
