As part of ongoing growth and succession planning, they are looking to strengthen their HR team with passionate and grounded HR professionals who believe in people-centric work.

This role is ideal for HR practitioners who enjoy partnering closely with stakeholders, building strong teams, and contributing to a mission-driven environment where the work goes beyond commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner business leaders and line managers on day-to-day HR matters
  • Support employee engagement, workforce planning, performance management and talent development initiatives
  • Provide HR advisory support across the employee lifecycle
  • Work closely with stakeholders to strengthen team culture and organisational capability
  • Support change management and HR improvement projects where required
  • Ensure HR practices remain aligned with employment legislation and internal policies

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline
  • Approximately 6–10 years of relevant HR generalist and/or HR Business Partnering experience
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic and people-focused environment
  • Individuals who value meaningful work, collaboration and long-term contribution will thrive in this environment
