Detalhes da vaga:

O objetivo desta vaga é Atender às demandas do projeto da Hyland: sustentação e evolução dos ambientes Windows/Active Directory, com interação direta e recorrente em inglês com os times técnicos da Hyland (reuniões, chamados e documentação). Por isso, a fluência em inglês é requisito obrigatório e eliminatório desta vaga.

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Administrar, sustentar e evoluir ambientes Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) e Active Directory, incluindo roles e features como AD DS, DNS, DHCP, File Services, WSUS e Failover Clustering.
  • Administrar o Microsoft Entra ID em ambientes híbridos: Entra Connect (Azure AD Connect), SSO, MFA, Conditional Access e AD FS.
  • Desenvolver e manter automações com PowerShell, Ansible e Terraform para padronização e modernização da infraestrutura.
  • Realizar troubleshooting avançado, análise de performance, tuning e resolução de incidentes críticos.
  • Aplicar patches, hardening e gerenciar o ciclo de vida dos servidores, homologando novas versões de produtos.
  • Administrar File Server com ACLs, ABE, Shadow Copy e cotas de disco, e GPOs do domínio.
  • Interagir em inglês, de forma oral e escrita, com clientes, fabricantes e times técnicos internacionais: reuniões, chamados de suporte, e-mails e documentação.
  • Participar de mudanças críticas e planos de resiliência, e manter a documentação técnica de servidores, serviços e topologias.

Conhecimentos/ Experiência Desejáveis

  • Inglês fluente (conversação, leitura e escrita técnica).
  • Experiência mínima de 2 anos em administração de ambientes Windows Server e Active Directory.
  • Conhecimentos sólidos em Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP e File Server.
  • Experiência com Microsoft Entra ID em ambiente híbrido (Entra Connect, MFA, Conditional Access, AD FS).
  • Automação com PowerShell (essencial); desejável Ansible e Terraform.
  • Vivência em ambientes híbridos e integração com nuvem (Azure, AWS ou GCP).
  • Backup, recuperação de desastres e monitoramento de performance (Perfmon e ferramentas correlatas).
  • Desejável: SCCM/MECM ou Tanium, e certificações Microsoft (ex.: AZ-800/AZ-801, AZ-104, SC-300).
