Self-Pay Account Representative 📍 Remote | 💲 $23.00 - $25.00/hour   Liberty Resources is seeking a Self-Pay Account Representative to support patient account management and revenue cycle activities for our School-Based Health Services program. The Self-Pay Account Representative serves as a liaison between families, students, and school personnel while ensuring excellent customer service and accurate account management.   Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound calls regarding balances, billing statements, and payment options Collect and process patient payments Establish payment plans and financial agreements Assist patients and families with billing inquiries Document account activity and maintain accurate records Support month-end reporting and reconciliation processes Resolve customer service issues and account concerns

  Qualifications:

Associate's Degree preferred and/or medical billing and collections training Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications NextGen EHR experience preferred but not required
