Ihr Aufgaben\- und Verantwortungsbereich

  • Beratung und Begleitung bestehender und neuer Kunden (via B2B\- und B2C\-Kanäle)
  • Bearbeitung schriftlicher und telefonischer Kundenanfragen im Bereich Freizügigkeit und Säule 3a
  • Interne Koordination und Zusammenarbeit im Zusammenhang mit Kundenaufträgen und \-anfragen
  • Fokus auf Wertschriftenlösungen
  • Bearbeitung und Versand von Vertragsdokumenten
  • Unterstützung bei internen und externen Schulungs\- und Ausbildungsprogrammen
  • Mitarbeit bei Projekten

Ihr Profil

  • Praxiserfahrung als Berater in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Erfahrung im Vorsorge\-, Finanz\- oder einem vergleichbaren Dienstleistungssektor Affinität zu den Themen Kundenservice, Digitalisierung und webbasierten Applikationen
  • Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch
  • Ausgeglichener und dienstleistungsorientierter Teamplayer
  • ösisch Muttersprache oder Bilingue Niveau C2 sowie gute Deutsch\-/ und Englischkenntnisse
