- Supervisionar e Inspecionar o recebimento e organização do armazenamento e movimentação de insumos. - Verificar conformidade de processos. - Liberar produtos e serviços. - Trabalhar de acordo com normas e procedimentos técnicos, de qualidade e de segurança e demonstrar domínio de conhecimentos técnicos específicos da área. - Analisar e buscar soluções para os problemas ligados a produção fazer acompanhamento e avaliação dos profissionais a quem delega tarefas. - Em caso de necessidade movimentar material com empilhadeira. - Gestão conforme “Regulamento Interno”. - Acompanhar Absenteísmo equipe. - Responsável pelos indicadores da área. - Gestão dos documentos do Sistema de Qualidade. - Gestão de Recursos (Máquinas, Pessoas e Matéria-Prima, Materiais Auxiliares e Meio Ambiente) - Controlar orçamento do setor. - Reunião do Bom Dia. - Realizar as Avaliações de Desempenho dos profissionais sob sua gestão. - Controle e envio de documentos para o Departamento Pessoal, Recursos Humanos e Feedback, Avaliação de Desempenho, Programação e Controle de Férias. - Manter a disciplina e assegurar a qualidade do ambiente de trabalho de seu setor assegurando que os profissionais sobre sua gestão cumpram as normas e procedimentos internos e aplicando as penalidades previstas em Lei quando cabíveis. - Propor promoções e reajustes salariais para seus funcionários conforme política salarial da empresa. - Admitir e demitir funcionários para sua equipe. - Participar de Treinamentos e gerir a frequência dos seus colaboradores nos programas internos. - Assegurar o contínuo desenvolvimento de sua equipe levantando a Necessidade, promovendo ou solicitando a Capacitação. - Manter o conceito da Política da Qualidade. - Assegurar que o Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade esteja conforme os requisitos da Norma vigente e requisitos do cliente. - Relatar o desempenho do SGQ e as oportunidades de melhoria, em especial para a alta Direção. - Assegurar que a integridade do SGQ seja mantida durante o planejamento e implantação de mudanças. - Assegurar a promoção do foco no cliente na organização (Atender aos requisitos e regulamentos). - Autoridade para interromper a Expedição para corrigir problemas de qualidade. - Autoridade para interromper a Produção para corrigir problemas de qualidade. - Assegurar que o processo entregue suas saídas pretendidas. - Realizar outras tarefas correlatas conforme solicitação e orientação do superior imediato. - Visar atingir os prazos de fabricação, analisar e buscar soluções para os problemas ligados a produção fazer e estará respondendo por toda a etapa do processo no qual está inserido. - Em caso de necessidade movimentar material com empilhadeira.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExperiência mínima de 5 anos na liderança de equipeRequisitos e qualificaçõesMASPA3OEEDaily management
