Descrição da vaga

Estamos em busca de um(a) profissional para atuar no setor de Departamento Pessoal, auxiliando nas rotinas administrativas relacionadas à gestão de colaboradores, garantindo a organização dos documentos e o cumprimento dos procedimentos internos e da legislação trabalhista. Principais atividades:

* Receber, conferir e organizar a documentação admissional dos colaboradores, encaminhando-a à contabilidade para efetivação dos registros;

* Encaminhar informações e documentos para processos de desligamento, agendar rescisões e realizar entrevistas de desligamento;

* Realizar o fechamento mensal das informações da folha de pagamento e encaminhá-las à contabilidade;

* Conferir a folha de pagamento, verificando valores, descontos e demais informações dos colaboradores;

* Realizar o controle de ponto, faltas, atrasos e atestados médicos;

* Acompanhar os períodos de experiência dos colaboradores, controlando vencimentos e prazos;

* Realizar o controle de férias e exames ocupacionais (ASOs), acompanhando vencimentos e prazos;

* Administrar os benefícios dos colaboradores, incluindo vale-transporte, vale-alimentação, solicitação de cartões e controle de premiações;

* Organizar e arquivar documentos físicos e digitais dos colaboradores;

* Elaborar, alimentar e manter atualizadas as planilhas de controle;

* Organizar e encaminhar documentações admissionais e mensais dos colaboradores alocados nos contratos de terceirização;

* Realizar o controle de contas a pagar da empresa, acompanhando vencimentos e pagamentos;

* Acompanhar prazos e garantir o envio das informações e documentações dentro dos períodos estabelecidos;

Requisitos:

Desejável formação ou curso na área de Recursos Humanos ou Departamento Pessoal; Conhecimento básico em informática e Excel;

Desejável experiência anterior com rotinas de Departamento Pessoal.
