Om de ambitieuze groeiplannen van Lidl waar te maken hebben we jou nodig. In het HR Technology team krijg je een sleutelrol om onze HR afdeling verder de 21ste eeuw in te loodsen. Als organisatie met 11.000 medewerkers is er heel wat te winnen door het inzetten op de juiste digitaliseringen. Je krijgt de kans om mee te werken aan grote projecten met een impact op de hele organisatie. Dit doe je in nauwe samenwerkingen met verschillende afdelingen in België & Luxemburg en met onze internationale collega's. Je maakt daarbij deel uit van het HR Technology team onder de HR services afdeling.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Technisch en functioneel beheer: na een intensief inwerktraject ben je een dragende kracht binnen het HR Technology team en sta je in voor het beheer, de optimalisatie en de ondersteuning van onze SAP HCM modules (met nadruk op payroll).
  • Je maakt de vertaalslag tussen enerzijds onze interne stakeholders en anderzijds onze partners (externe partijen en Lidl internationaal).
  • Projectmanagement en implementatie: je werkt op projectmatige basis mee aan HR gerelateerde thema's. Je treedt op als expert vanaf de eerste analyse en het opstellen van een functionele en technische specificatie tot en met het testen en de definitieve oplevering.
  • Je analyseert incidenten en inefficiënties en pakt de technische en procesmatige oorzaak grondig aan. Je zoekt continu naar mogelijkheden om bestaande payrollprocessen te automatiseren.
  • Vanuit het HR Technology team ondersteun je collega's bij het maandelijks payroll proces.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je behaalde minstens een bachelordiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je kan terugblikken op minstens 4 jaar relevante ervaring. Je bent geboeid door core HR processen (master data, time, payroll).
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis SAP HCM.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je slaagt erin om het overzicht te bewaren en initiatieven te coördineren.
  • Je combineert een analytische, projectmatige aanpak met een sterke technische affiniteit om complexe datastromen, interface-structuren en systeemfouten op te lossen.
  • Je leert snel bij en neemt graag initiatief. Je kan je werk zelfstandig inplannen en bent oplossingsgericht.
