Vos missions ------------

  • Vous êtes responsable du développement, de l’amélioration et de la validation des performances des machines à pistons axiaux
  • Vous êtes responsable de la mise en place et de l’amélioration des procédures de test standardisées et automatisées afin de garantir des performances fiables et de haute qualité
  • Vous analysez les résultats de mesure et proposez des actions d’optimisation visant à améliorer les produits et à réduire les coûts
  • Vous exploitez les outils de simulation pour faciliter l’interprétation et la compréhension des résultats d’essais
  • Vous identifiez les causes racines des problématiques techniques et proposez des solutions innovantes de manière autonome
  • Vous pilotez la mise en œuvre et l’évaluation des tests de fonction
  • Vous apportez votre expertise technique aux opérateurs d’assemblage et aux opérateurs de bancs d’essai afin de garantir le bon déroulement des activités
  • Vous collaborez avec les différents départements et les clients internes afin d’assurer une coordination efficace et le bon déroulement des essais

Votre profil ------------

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’une formation supérieure en microtechnique, en mécatronique, en ingénierie des systèmes ou dans un domaine équivalent
  • Vous disposez de plusieurs années d’expérience professionnelle dans le développement hydraulique
  • Vous maîtrisez le français et l’allemand, et possédez une bonne maîtrise de l’anglais
  • Vous possédez d’excellentes connaissances des outils MS Office, de Python, de MATLAB, de HBM Catman et de NI DIAdem
  • Vous vous distinguez par d’excellentes capacités d’analyse et faites preuve d’engagement, de flexibilité et d’autonomie. Vous possédez d’excellentes compétences en communication professionnelle
