Als E-Commerce Operations Manager (w/m/d) sorgst du dafür, dass alles läuft, auch am Black Friday, und ziehst die Projekte durch, die uns dauerhaft besser machen. Dabei berichtest du direkt an den Director Operations.

DEINE MISSION

  • Tagesgeschäft: Onlineshop, Auftragsabwicklung, Logistik und Retourenmanagement laufen end-to-end. Und wenn nicht, weißt du, warum.
  • Projekte: Retourenportal, API-Schnittstellen, Systemintegration. Du schreibst die Anforderung, steuerst Dev, testest und nimmst ab.
  • Marktplätze: Die Auftragsabwicklung über Amazon Seller Central und weitere Marktplätze läuft systemisch sauber durch. Listings und Content liegen bei E-Commerce.
  • Partner: Du steuerst unsere Logistik- und Fulfillment-Dienstleister kaufmännisch und bereitest Make-or-Buy-Entscheidungen entscheidungsreif vor.
  • Automatisierung & AI: Steht eine Auswertung mit AI-Tools in zwei Stunden, baust du sie selbst und automatisierst, was sich automatisieren lässt.

DEIN PROFIL

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre E-Commerce Operations und ein Systemprojekt (Shop, ERP, Fulfillment oder Schnittstelle), das du selbst verantwortet hast. Ausbildung oder Studium, beides zählt.
  • Neuer Lagerstandort? Du weißt sofort, welche Stammdaten, Statusflüsse und Retourenwege sich ändern. Bevor es knallt.
  • Du kalkulierst Angebote, vergleichst Partner und vertrittst deine Empfehlung.
  • Du bist kein:e Entwickler:in, baust aber mit AI-Tools Prototypen, statt auf ein Ticket zu warten.
  • Exzellentes Deutsch, gutes Englisch.
  • Plus: Shopify, Xentral, Amazon Seller Central, Make oder n8n.
