Voor ons groeiende team zijn we op zoek naar een recruiter die energie krijgt van het vinden én verbinden van de juiste mensen. Iemand die verder kijkt dan alleen een CV en snapt dat recruitment draait om relatie, timing en gevoel.

Je werkt nauw samen met hiring managers en bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige recruitmentproces: van intake tot en met aanbod. Daarbij krijg je veel vrijheid om het proces op jouw manier in te richten en verbeteringen door te voeren.

Wat ga je doen?

Verantwoordelijk voor end-to-end recruitment

  • Intakegesprekken voeren met hiring managers
  • Schrijven en optimaliseren van vacatureteksten
  • Actief sourcen van kandidaten (o.a. via LinkedIn)
  • Voeren van (telefonische en/of video) interviews
  • Begeleiden van kandidaten gedurende het hele proces
  • Adviseren van stakeholders over de arbeidsmarkt
  • Meedenken over employer branding en recruitmentstrategie
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van talentpools

Wie ben jij?

  • Hbo werk- en denkniveau
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als Recruiter
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en mensgericht.
  • Ervaring in recruitment is een pré, maar enthousiasme en leergierigheid zijn belangrijker.
  • Je kunt goed prioriteiten stellen en werkt secuur.
