Kinderdagverblijven Lienemiene en Lienemientje zijn op zoek naar jou!!

Lienemiene is een kinderdagverblijf gelegen in Drongen en heeft plaats voor 27 kinderen en Lienemientje ook gelegen te Drongen met plaats voor 18 kinderen. Samen met organisator Céline/hoofdverantwoordelijke Hanne met hun kinderbegeleidsters sta je in voor de opvang van kindjes tussen 0 en 3 jaar. Wij zoeken een verzorgende die graag als vlinder in beide locaties wil werken.

Je taken zijn:

- Je geeft de kinderen eten.

- Je verzorgt de kinderen.

- Je verzint toffe activiteiten en doet deze met de kinderen.

- Je geeft dagelijks bij het naar huis gaan een opvolging van de dag aan de ouders over hun kind.

- Je helpt met het opruimen en poetsen van de lokalen.

  • De leefruimtes en het textiel van het kind onderhouden
  • Eten klaarmaken en het kind eten en drinken geven
  • Comfortzorg verschaffen, troosten (wiegen, knuffels geven, ...)

  • Het kind helpen bij ontwikkelings- en leeractiviteiten
  • Werken volgens sociale en ethische normen
  • Het gedrag en de evolutie van het kind observeren
  • De ouders, familie en collega’s informeren
  • Werken met kinderen: baby’s en peuters van 0 tot 3 jaar
  • Omgaan met een diversiteit aan kinderen, gezinnen, eventuele externen en collega's
  • Het kind onthalen en begeleiden bij aankomst
  • Samenwerken met het gezin als partner in de opvoeding
  • Het kind begeleiden bij het leren van de dagelijkse handelingen

  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en toch ook een echte teamplayer zijn.
  • Stressbestendig zijn, je kan best wel wat druk ervaren zonder je kalmte te verliezen.
  • Flexibel zijn, zowel naar de ouders en hun opvoeding als naar de collega’s toe.
  • Klantgericht zijn, Kind is koning.
  • Contactvaardig zijn: je bent in staat een warme band op te bouwen met je team en de ouders.
