Admin Assistant

Join Our Team!

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Admin Assistant to support our Business Development team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a long-term career with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Benefits

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the Business Development Team.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Assist with customer inquiries and follow-up matters.
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal and external customers.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events and activities.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation records.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

  • Possess at least an N-Level Certificate, ITE Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in any field.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • No prior experience required as training will be provided.
  • Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents (PRs) only.
