Requisitos: Ensino Superior em Logística, Adm., Eng. de Produção ou áreas afins; Desejável Experiência prévia em Planejamento e Controle de Produção (PCP), preferencialmente em indústrias de confecção de roupas ou setores produtivos. Diferencial: Conhecimento em softwares de gestão de produção específicos para a área de confecção. Desejável: Certificação em cursos de gestão de produção ou supply chain. Domínio de ferramentas de planejamento, como Excel, ERP e sistemas de controle de produção. Noções de logística, cadeia de suprimentos e gestão de estoques.

Atribuições: Planejamento de Produção: Elaborar o plano de produção mensal, semanal e diário, alinhando a capacidade de produção com a demanda de vendas e com as previsões de estoque. Controle de Estoques: Acompanhar e controlar os estoques de matéria-prima, insumos e produtos acabados, garantindo a reposição adequada para evitar paradas ou excessos. Acompanhamento de Produção: Monitorar o andamento das ordens de produção, identificando e solucionando gargalos, ajustes e retrabalhos. Gestão de Prazos: Garantir que as entregas de produtos sejam realizadas dentro dos prazos estabelecidos, considerando os tempos de produção e de transporte. Análise de Capacidade: Avaliar a capacidade produtiva das linhas e propor melhorias para otimizar os processos e aumentar a eficiência. Controle de Qualidade: Trabalhar em conjunto com a equipe de controle de qualidade para garantir que as peças atendam aos padrões exigidos. Elaboração de Relatórios: Gerar relatórios periódicos sobre a performance da produção, apontando possíveis desvios e propondo ações corretivas. Integração entre setores: Trabalhar de forma integrada com as áreas de compras, vendas e logística para garantir o bom fluxo de informações e a execução das ordens de produção conforme o planejamento. Gestão de Indicadores: Acompanhar KPIs (Indicadores-chave de Desempenho) da produção, como lead time, eficiência, ociosidade e aproveitamento de recursos, propondo ações corretivas ou de melhoria contínua.
