Estamos em busca de um(a) estudante de Psicologia para integrar nossa equipe de Gestão de Pessoas!

Procuramos uma pessoa organizada, comunicativa, proativa e com interesse em desenvolver conhecimentos e experiências na área de Psicologia Organizacional e do Trabalho, contribuindo para os processos de Recursos Humanos e para a promoção de um ambiente organizacional saudável.

Principais atividades

Recrutamento e Seleção

  • Apoiar a divulgação de vagas e a triagem de currículos;
  • Realizar contato com candidatos e agendamento de entrevistas;
  • Auxiliar na organização e acompanhamento dos processos seletivos;
  • Atualizar planilhas, controles e indicadores de recrutamento.

Admissão e Integração

  • Apoiar a solicitação, conferência e organização de documentos admissionais;
  • Acompanhar pendências documentais junto ao Departamento Pessoal;
  • Auxiliar no controle de ASOs, fardamentos e crachás;
  • Apoiar os processos de integração e acolhimento de novos colaboradores.

Endomarketing e Desenvolvimento Humano

  • Apoiar o planejamento e a execução de ações de endomarketing e comunicação interna;
  • Auxiliar na organização de campanhas, eventos e ações de engajamento;
  • Dar suporte à organização de treinamentos e capacitações;
  • Organizar listas de presença, materiais e avaliações de treinamento.

Saúde Mental e Riscos Psicossociais

  • Apoiar, sob supervisão técnica, atividades relacionadas à identificação e gestão de fatores de riscos psicossociais no trabalho;
  • Auxiliar na aplicação e organização de instrumentos de diagnóstico organizacional;
  • Apoiar a elaboração de relatórios e indicadores relacionados à saúde mental organizacional;
  • Contribuir com ações educativas de promoção da saúde mental e melhoria do ambiente de trabalho.

Requisitos

  • Graduação em Psicologia em andamento, a partir do 4º semestre;
  • Conhecimentos básicos em Psicologia Organizacional e do Trabalho;
  • Noções de Recrutamento e Seleção e rotinas de Recursos Humanos;
  • Conhecimento básico do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel, Word e PowerPoint;
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Organização e habilidade para lidar com documentos e planilhas;
  • Interesse em desenvolvimento humano, cultura organizacional e saúde mental no trabalho.

Diferenciais

  • Vivência acadêmica ou prática em processos de Recursos Humanos;
  • Conhecimento introdutório sobre NR-1 e fatores de riscos psicossociais;
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de recrutamento e sistemas de gestão de pessoas;
  • Noções de LGPD e confidencialidade das informações.

Informações sobre a oportunidade

  • Cargo: Estagiário(a) de Psicologia Organizacional;
  • Escolaridade: Ensino superior em andamento em Psicologia, a partir do 4º semestre;
  • Jornada: 6 horas diárias, de segunda a sexta-feira (30 horas semanais);
  • Modalidade: Presencial.
