Join Our Team! We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Finance Manager to lead the controllership and financial operations of our two student care centres. In this role, you will take ownership of day-to-day core accounting functions while actively driving our finance transformation journey to modernise systems, strengthen internal controls, and implement automation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Controllership: Manage full-spectrum core accounting functions including Accounts Receivable (AR) for student fees, Accounts Payable (AP) for vendors, and General Ledger (GL) maintenance.

- ⁠Closing & Reporting: Oversee accurate month-end and year-end closing, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.

- ⁠Process Optimisation: Review existing workflows to eliminate manual inefficiencies and modernise financial operations.

- ⁠Systems Transformation: Lead the selection, migration, and implementation of automated accounting software and student billing systems.

- ⁠Internal Controls: Design and execute robust internal control frameworks to safeguard assets and ensure regulatory compliance across both locations.

- ⁠Automation: Streamline fee collection, invoicing, and vendor payments through digital solutions.

Job Requirements

- Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Accountancy, or professional qualifications such as CA (Singapore) or ACCA.

- ⁠Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, controllership (AR/AP/GL), and financial management.

- ⁠Transformation Track Record: Proven experience in upgrading legacy software, automating manual tasks, or refining internal controls is highly preferred.

- ⁠Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the education, student care, or enrichment sector is a strong advantage.

- ⁠Attributes: Strong analytical mindset, proactive problem-solver, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
