Responsável por garantir a conformidade dos processos, produtos e documentação com os requisitos regulatórios (Anvisa e legislações aplicáveis) e com o Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade da empresa. O profissional atuará de forma efetiva na manutenção do sistema da qualidade, na garantia da qualidade da área estéril, na liberação de produtos e na condução de auditorias internas e externas, assegurando que os processos de manipulação, produção e controle sejam realizados dentro dos padrões de segurança, rastreabilidade e qualidade exigidos pelo setor farmacêutico/cosmético.

1. Sistema da Qualidade

  • Implantar e manter o Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade.
  • Elaborar, revisar e controlar POPs, protocolos, formulários e registros.
  • Realizar o controle de documentos e versões.
  • Gerenciar desvios, não conformidades e planos de ação corretiva/preventiva (CAPA).
  • Conduzir o controle de mudanças.
  • Tratar reclamações e ocorrências relacionadas à qualidade.

2. Garantia da Qualidade da Área Estéril

  • Acompanhar e auditar os processos de manipulação asséptica.
  • Avaliar os registros de produção antes da liberação.
  • Verificar o cumprimento dos procedimentos de paramentação, limpeza e sanitização.
  • Acompanhar o monitoramento ambiental (partículas viáveis e não viáveis).
  • Acompanhar o controle microbiológico e de endotoxinas.
  • Participar da qualificação e validação de equipamentos e processos.

3. Liberação de Produtos

Participação efetiva na avaliação de:

  • Matérias-primas;
  • Material de embalagem;
  • Ordem de manipulação;
  • Registros de produção;
  • Resultados de controle de qualidade (CQ);
  • Monitoramento ambiental;
  • Testes microbiológicos;
  • Endotoxinas;
  • Esterilidade, quando aplicável;
  • Integridade e condições do produto final.

4. Auditorias

  • Realizar auditorias internas.
  • Conduzir a qualificação de fornecedores.
  • Realizar auditorias de processos.
  • Acompanhar inspeções sanitárias.
  • Preparar a documentação necessária para inspeções da Vigilância Sanitária/Anvisa.
