Our Hiring Process

Submit:

- Your resume

- Responses to application questions

- A short facilitation video submission (see video submission prompt here https://docs.google.com/document/d/1MIx0XiH2jIE0AnUsqdzpBhCZPnAxo-_27dSSZHqkfe0/edit?tab=t.0)

Please note: applications are only reviewed once all three components are submitted.

Video Submission Prompt

We’d love to get a sense of your delivery style and give you a glimpse at the role (please don't create a presentation/slide show). It should be no more than 2 minutes long and follow the structure outlined below, being sure to hit all the key points. No need for a high-quality video - a cell phone or laptop camera works great.

LifeLabs' facilitation style is to deliver high-impact research that is immediately actionable and expertise in an engaging and playful way. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
