  • Demonstrate sound judgment in knowing when to proceed, when to ask questions and when to escalate.

5. Contract Quality, Standardization and Continuous Improvement

  • Use approved templates, clauses, playbooks, job aids and standard work to support consistent contract drafting across the Provider Contract Development organization.
  • Identify opportunities to improve contract language, templates, checklists, standard documents, workflows or knowledge resources based on real contract work.
  • Flag customer language, contract structures or drafting approaches that may have broader reuse value for Contract Development & Governance review.
  • Support enterprise drafting or implementation initiatives as requested, including master agreement refreshes, product launch readiness, WAC or NDC changes, notice programs, tear sheets and other cross-segment activities.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
